Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer located in Burlington, ON. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end web development, software development, Full-Stack development, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Design and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases and queries.
- Develop third-party integrations, including payment and communication services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture.
- Work closely with Product and Business teams to turn requirements into solutions.
- Contribute to cloud deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js / React / TypeScript.




- Strong experience with Python / FastAPI/Node.js and REST APIs.
- Solid SQL and relational database experience.
- Strong experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Nice to have:

- Cloud & DevOps: AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2, IAM), GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
- Flutter (Mobile App Development)
- AI/ML (PyTorch/OpenCV/Ultralytics etc)
