Job Title: Sr. Java Developer

We are looking for a 8-12 years experienced highly skilled Senior Backend Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, Azure Cloud, and SQL/PostgreSQL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable backend services, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of enterprise applications.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in backend application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
- Expertise in performance tuning, application optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
- Strong database skills with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.




- Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging platforms (Kafka).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures for scalable and resilient solutions.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through productive design and coding practices.
- Work with Azure Cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
