This role is designed for an individual who excels in business systems analysis, capable of translating complex needs into functional requirements. You will facilitate workshops, partner with technical teams, and utilize SQL to ensure precise data analysis. Your contributions will drive enhancements that meet healthcare standards and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions
• Construct user stories for functional specifications




• Partner with development and QA teams for delivery
• Analyze current and future state business processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Over 7 years as a Business Systems Analyst
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Core
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation
• IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA)
