designing and building training aides.How You’ll Make an ImpactProvides technical support to the Norton Wolf School of Aerospace Technology that includes:Service and repair all Avionics tools and equipment (install, clean, adjust, dismantle, recondition, repair/rebuild/replace parts, assemble and test as required)Record maintenance and repair activities for aircraft/equipmentRequisition maintenance supplies as requiredTool controlDevelops instructional aids to demonstrate techniques and prepares materials for related classesAssist professors with large classes by demonstrating use of tools, equipment or techniques related to learning objectives taught in classrooms and lab spaces. Monitors students to ensure they adhere to safety requirements.Demonstrate tools, equipment or techniques to other staff to ensure the use of specific tool and lab equipment conforms to College safe operating procedures, manufacturer specifications or specific conditions that may be unique to the individual piece of equipment.Prepare and maintain a suitable preventative maintenance program for related program equipment.
