Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Perform high-quality scalp massages and related services (full training provided)
- Recommend and upsell appropriate products and additional services
- Maintain a clean, qualified work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a spa or salon environment is highly preferred
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills
- Very strong English language skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proven sales experience and ability to upsell effectively
- Hard-working, responsible, and able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
