SPA ASSOCIATE

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, health and wellness. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and greet clients/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a membership-based environment
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in a sales or hospitality environment is considered an asset




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as required
- Comfortable handling cash, processing payments, and assisting with membership and sales inquiries
