As a Spa Attendant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, presentation, and smooth operation of the spa. Attention to detail is an absolute must. Cleanliness and hygiene are non-negotiable in our spa environment. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in keeping spaces spotless, organized, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards throughout the day.

You will help ensure our guests have a seamless experience from arrival to departure by providing friendly assistance, maintaining immaculate facilities, supporting our treatment providers, and responding promptly to the needs of Guests Services and Management.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, observant, and takes initiative. You notice the details others may overlook and understand that a clean, well-maintained environment is an essential part of creating an exceptional wellness experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their visit.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation throughout all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, change rooms, washrooms, and common spaces.




- Conduct regular cleaning and inspections throughout the day to ensure all areas remain clean, organized, well-presented, and guest-ready.
- Identify and address cleaning or maintenance needs promptly and proactively.
- Assist with preparing treatment areas and ensuring supplies are properly stocked, organized, and readily available, where applicable.
- Support estheticians and massage therapists by preparing and replenishing linens, towels, and other necessary supplies.
- Maintain laundry operations throughout the day, including collecting, washing, folding, organizing, and restocking linens and towels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests from Guest Services and Management.
- Complete routine and deep-cleaning duties.
- Follow established cleaning, sanitation, health, and safety protocols consistently.
- Help maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for both guests and team members.
- Communicate any concerns regarding cleanliness, supplies, equipment, or facility conditions to Management promptly.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, spa, hospitality, housekeeping, or guest-service environment is an asset.
- Strong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene standards.




- Exceptional attention to detail and a high personal standard for cleanliness.
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and polished environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently complete tasks to a high standard.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to recognize what needs to be done without always being asked.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace and managing multiple priorities.
- Physically able to perform cleaning, laundry, stocking, and other duties required of the position.
- Willingness to perform deep cleaning and heavier cleaning duties when required.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and guest-service expectations is an asset.
