We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly individuals to join our team at Sparkes Corn Barn. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that involves working independently, helping customers, and keeping the barn stocked, clean, and running smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and helpful customer service

- Bag and prepare corn for customers

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately

- Keep corn and other products stocked and displayed neatly

- Communicate with the warehouse regarding inventory, restocking needs, shortages, and other concerns

- Monitor product levels and let the warehouse know before stock runs out

- Keep the barn, shelves, counters, and surrounding area clean and organized

- Help unload and move corn, produce, and other supplies when deliveries arrive

- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability

- Follow opening and closing procedures

- Communicate any customer concerns, operational issues, or problems to management

- Work independently and take initiative during both busy and slower periods

Physical & Working Requirements





- Must be comfortable working outdoors and in hot summer weather

- Able to stand and be on your feet for long periods

- Able to regularly lift and carry heavier boxes, bags, and produce

- Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, stocking, and bagging corn

- Able to work efficiently during busy periods

- Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts

- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
