You will handle incident management, administer identity platforms like Active Directory, and perform core admin tasks. Your contributions will be vital in improving operational procedures and enhancing team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operations of our hybrid cloud infrastructure
Address service requests and incidents effectively
Manage user access and group policies in identity platforms
Troubleshoot networking issues, including VPN and DNS
Document operational improvements and share knowledge Requirements:
2+ years in IT Infrastructure Operations
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields
