This fixed-term role of six months requires a Registered Nurse focused on vaccine-preventable diseases and community health.

You will assess immunization needs, administer vaccines, and document client care according to public health standards. Collaboration with health specialists and effective client relationships are key in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Administer immunizations and document all procedures
Conduct immunization clinics and prepare injection sites




Ensure compliance with cold chain guidelines
Collect and report immunization statistics

Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience in community care preferred
