Establishing robust connections with both staff and leadership is vital to drive HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and facilitate effective change management processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the interpretation of collective agreements and grievance resolutions
Guide leadership in performance management and conflict resolution
Chair Labour Management committees actively




Manage discussions regarding Pay Equity for assigned unions
Develop training and communications on HR policies Requirements:
University degree with a CHRP designation is essential
Three years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Previous experience in unionized settings required
Knowledgeable in employment law compliance
