Support vulnerable individuals in crisis as an Emergency Duty Worker with the Government of Saskatchewan in Buffalo Narrows. This critical position focuses on after-hours emergency family services.

The Ministry of Social Services is looking for accountable and adaptable Emergency Duty Workers. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client interviews during emergencies
• Assess and evaluate client risks
• Document all necessary case information




• Develop and modify case plans accordingly

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in human services or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Capable of working independently and managing unpredictability
• Must be versatile with hours and willing to travel
