We're looking for a Home Visit Research Nurse to provide mobile care for clinical trial participants. This per diem role combines nursing skills with the excitement of innovative decentralized healthcare delivery.

You will engage with participants by providing exceptional nursing care in their homes while adhering to regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach, extensive collaboration with teams, and a solid understanding of clinical research. Your role will allow you to develop solutions to enhance patient experiences across various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute nursing roles for study participants at home
• Collaborate with Lead Nurses on care solutions
• Apply clinical expertise to solve complex problems




• Engage in operational development initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert on nursing processes

Requirements:
• Active RN licensure and eligibility for compact licensure
• BSN preferred with 2+ years in clinical/research settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Availability for travel and home visits
• Excellent communication skills in English
