Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct qualified assessments to identify resident needs

• Maintain documentation on resident engagement and responses

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Recreation or related field
• Experience in engaging health-varying populations
• Solid communication and team collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s abstract required
• Ability to perform light-to-moderate physical activities
