· MS Power App Flows

· MS Power Automate

· MS Power Pages

· MS Azure Services

· MS Azure Attachment Storage

· MS Azure Active Directory

· MS Azure DevOps

· MS Azure KeyVault

· MS Azure API Management

· MS Logic Apps

· MS Power BI

- Hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing case management system by using Microsoft energetic CRM 365 on cloud, Azure, Azure AD, Power, Power App Flows and Power Platform technology.

- Hands-on Experience in designing, developing,



integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud.

- Hands-on Experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Case Management System , Including experience with:

· User Access and Profile Management

· Role Based Data Access Control

· Authentication and Authorization Integration

· Document Management

- Hands-on Experience in designing, developing Azure Logic Apps/Function Apps

- Hands-on Experience in designing, developing Power BI Dashboard and Reports.

- Knowledge of and Experience with Accessibility for Ontarians with OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS) Testing compliance guidelines.

- Experience with end-to-end integration of Third-Party / OPS Identity and Access Management (IAM) provider, security, authentication, and encryption tools / services.
