All Things Speech is a growing pediatric speech-language therapy clinic in Burnaby, BC. We're excited to welcome another Speech-Language Pathologist to our team as an employee.

You'll be joining an established clinic with an experienced administrative team, collaborative clinicians, and an active waitlist, allowing you to build your caseload from the outset.

About All Things Speech We provide assessment and intervention for children with a wide range of communication needs,



including speech, language, literacy, AAC, and social communication.

Our practice is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and family-centred care. We value meaningful relationships with children and families, collaboration with caregivers and other professionals, and evidence-informed clinical practice.

About the Role

Your caseload will be developed based on your experience, interests, and availability, and may include:

- Assessment and intervention with primarily pediatric clients, with opportunities to work with adult clients if desired
- Individual and small-group therapy
- Parent and caregiver coaching and consultation
- Clinical documentation, reports, and funding-related documentation, as appropriate
- Collaboration with caregivers and other professionals
- Clinical supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Participation in team meetings and collaborative clinical discussions

Qualifications The successful applicant will:

- Be registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Be committed to providing high-quality speech-language services
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team




- Value neurodiversity-affirming and family-centred practice

Experience with AAC, literacy, autism, fluency, and/or motor speech disorders is considered an asset but is not required. Both experienced clinicians and newer graduates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the successful applicant.
