Speech-Language Pathologist (Employee)

Part-Time to Full-Time | Burnaby, BC

$60-65/hour, depending on experience ----- About All Things Speech

All Things Speech is a growing pediatric speech-language therapy clinic in Burnaby, BC. We're excited to welcome another Speech-Language Pathologist to our team as an employee. Whether you're looking for one consistent day in addition to another position or hoping to build a larger pediatric caseload, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be joining an established clinic with an experienced administrative team, collaborative clinicians, and an active waitlist to help you build your caseload. What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include: Assessment and intervention with primarily pediatric clients, with opportunities to work with adult clients if desired

Individual and small-group therapy

Parent and caregiver coaching and consultation

Clinical documentation, reports, and funding-related documentation, as appropriate

Collaboration with caregivers and other professionals

Clinical supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Participation in team meetings and collaborative clinical discussions What We Offer

Competitive compensation of $60-65/hour, depending on experience

Flexible part-time to full-time opportunities An established referral base with an active waitlist





Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, referrals, and client communication

60-minute appointments (45 minutes direct therapy + 15 minutes indirect time)

Paid time for documentation, collaboration, meetings, supervision, and other clinical responsibilities

Opportunities to collaborate with our Occupational Therapist and other clinicians

Professional development allowance (based on regular hours and clinic guidelines)

Mileage reimbursement for eligible work-related travel

In office parking Qualifications The successful applicant will:

Be registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)

Be eligible to work in Canada

Be committed to providing high-quality speech-language services

Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team

Value neurodiversity-affirming and family-centred practice Experience with AAC, literacy, autism, fluency, and/or motor speech disorders is considered an asset but is not required. Both experienced clinicians and newer graduates are encouraged to apply. Schedule
