This full-time role within the critical care unit emphasizes the importance of effective communication and compassionate nursing. In partnership with interdisciplinary teams, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care tailored to individual patient needs. Your proactive engagement in care and discharge planning will empower patients and their families throughout their healing journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect patient data and assess health conditions
• Develop care plans with family involvement
• Coordinate nursing interventions and set priorities
• Document observations and nursing actions meticulously
• Participate in educational activities and training sessions
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse licensed with BCCNM
• Completion of an approved nursing program
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Critical care experience is advantageous
• Effective communicator with solid organizational skills
