Senior Staff Accountant
A vertically integrated real‑estate development and construction platform is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support its accounting team. This is a hands‑on role focused on loan activity, job cost accounting, and month‑end close across active development and operating entities.

This position is an onsite replacement hire and offers immediate responsibility in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven workplace.

Base Pay Range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Prepare loan closing journal entries, including proceeds, fees, and escrows

Manage loan draws, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Support loan compliance reporting and lender requirements

Assist with month‑end close,



including journal entries and account reconciliations

Support job cost accounting and cost capitalization

Partner with senior accounting leadership on reporting and ad‑hoc analyses

What We’re Looking For

Experience in real‑estate, development, or construction accounting preferred

Hands‑on exposure to loan closings and draws

Job cost accounting experience

Month‑end close experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working in an onsite environment
