Your mission
Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and airmanship on every sector.
Operate in IFR, multi-crew settings-executing SOPs, briefings, threat and error management, and disciplined checklist use.
Lead flight planning: performance, fuel, alternates, NOTAMs, weather, W&B;, navigation, and international procedures.
Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and crew to deliver punctual, customer-focused operations.
Uphold cabin comfort and discretion while modeling a proactive, team-first safety culture.
Complete and maintain aircraft/type training and recurrent proficiency checks as required.

What you bring

Minimum requirements
Total time: 3000 hours
Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
License: ATPL (TCCA)
Medical: Class 1
Type rating: Not required - training provided
ICAO English: ELP Level 4+

Preferred experience
Previous multi-engine turbine or jet time.
Proven operations in IFR, multi-crew environments.




International and/or long-range flying experience.

Additional requirements
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally (including the United States).
Legally entitled to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship provided).
Valid Driver's License.
Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Certificate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Ability to thrive in a team-based, multi-disciplinary setting.
Recent Criminal Record Check (within the last 30 days).
