As a key player in coordinating food services, you will be responsible for establishing menu plans that meet dietary requirements while supervising food preparation and storage. Your ability to lead a team and ensure compliance with food safety standards will be paramount in providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise tasks, scheduling, and staff orientation
• Evaluate food quality in service tray lines
• Maintain accurate records of food supplies
• Oversee departmental budget and expenditures
• Organize catering for special functions
Requirements:
• Two-year Food Service Supervision program completion
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience
• Certification in Food Secure Level I and II
• Robust organizational and supervisory abilities
• Capacity to handle physical demands of the role
