The Development

Coordinator will oversee essential tasks related to residential, industrial, hotel, and retail projects by managing document control, regulatory duties, and collaboration with city agencies. This role is pivotal in driving Skyline's commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences. You will support feasibility and due diligence studies while establishing excellent relationships across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage feasibility studies for recent projects
Track deadlines for city applications and documentation




Facilitate development permits and site plans
Research and ensure compliance with local regulations
Support collaboration with various professionals in the field Requirements:
Robust researching and analytical skills
One year of experience in residential real estate
Degree in Real Estate, Planning, or similar
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
