Support residents at The Neighborhood at Priceville as a Resident Care Associate during our Night Shift! Deliver personalized care and assistance to enhance the quality of life for residents from 10:00pm to 6:00am.

In this essential role, you will report directly to the Family Experience Director, working closely on creating and updating Personalized Service Plans. Your commitment to quality care will help maintain a comfortable and protected workplace for all residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on Personalized Service Plans with families
• Ensure hydration needs are met during your shift
• Track meal attendance and assist with room service




• Conduct daily cleanliness checks for residents
• Facilitate activities and respond to security calls

Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred for state compliance
• Previous experience with elderly or disabled persons is a plus
• Minimum age requirement of 18 for personal care
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care preferred
• Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
