This role is fundamental to improving our AI agent platform for customer support, addressing high-impact challenges in onboarding, activation, and revenue conversion. You'll collaborate closely with a Product Manager and Designer, operating with speed and adaptability in a data-driven setting. Key Responsibilities:
Build and iterate onboarding flows and activation surfaces
Design A/B and multivariate experiments with explicit metrics
Own experiments from scoping to measuring outcomes




Develop lightweight internal tools and enhance growth infrastructure
Contribute to any initiative improving growth metrics Requirements:
3 to 6 years full-stack development experience
Proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and embeddings
Strong instincts for experimentation and data-driven decision-making
