They are offering competitive salaries, great advantages, a matching RRSP Plan and a fitness reimbursement.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare residential and commercial real estate files from opening to closingProcess purchase transactions, prepare mortgages, refinancing and supplemental documents, prepare interim/final reports to partiesPrepare statement of adjustments, report to mortgagee and purchaser in a timely mannerPrepare sale transactions, trust letters, deposit funds to meet closing dateMaintain client files and diarize critical deadlines, prepare client accounts and correspondenceUtilize conveyancing software to process correspondence related to real estate filesLiaise with realtors, financial institutions, clients and other law firms regarding all aspects of real estate transactionsBuild and maintain positive relations with clients, bankers,



realtors and other parties integral to the completion of the transactionsKey CompetenciesPossesses a high degree of initiative and self-motivation with the commitment of being a team player that can work independently with minimal supervisionPositive work ethic and attitude and the ability to exercise independent judgmentDemonstrates strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentAdvanced computer skills (ie.
