In this role you’ll be responsible for:Shipping and Receiving MerchandiseReceive incoming merchandise from warehouse, vendors, and other storesFollow quality control and receiving processes for all incoming goodsPrep product for placement on the sales floor in an organized and timely mannerOversee outgoing merchandise shipments, including accuracy of all labels, packing slips etc.Ship RTV’s to warehouse in a timely mannerOrder FulfillmentSupport with picking E-Commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit per hour pick ratesReply to OMNI Customer service emailsShip re-balancing requestManage all in-transit, shipping,



E-Commerce and IST documentationBackroom & Merchandise MaintenanceMaintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving areaMaintain overall backroom standards, including merchandise/product maintenanceSupport with sales floor maintenance, ensuring merchandise reflects brand standardsLogistics OperationsAssist with seasonal inventory preparations and countsSupport with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Logistics SpecialistSupport all logistics functions and aid with on-the-floor activitiesIdentify, report and troubleshoot common errors/discrepanciesTeamworkSupport with daily tasks and ad-hoc projectsAdhere to all Harry Rosen philosophies, processes and standardsDeliver consistent and exceptional service through standardsProvide cross-functional team supportConsistently demonstrate Core ValuesSuccessful candidates will require:A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, in a logistics role.Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising,
