What Will You Do? Manage and optimize HR systems, including workflows, automations, and reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
Ensure data integrity and support system integrations
Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions
What Do You Bring? Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
Experience working with multiple HR systems and integrations
Advanced Excel and/or BI tool proficiency
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with automation or digital tools is an asset
