Summary of responsibilities:
Assist the pharmacy manager in all aspects of pharmacy operations.
Manage, support, and uphold the company's core values of respect, customer service, and excellence.
Utilize knowledge and skills to meet patient medication needs, providing patient-centered care in partnership with patients and healthcare professionals to achieve positive health outcomes or maintain/improve quality of life.
Maintain provincial licensing, comply with current laws and regulations, and obtain necessary certifications or credits, including scope of practice activities.
Practice according to legal and ethical standards, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
Determine, evaluate, interpret, and provide appropriate medications and pharmaceutical practices to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Communicate and educate patients, respecting confidentiality,



to promote health and optimal care.
Ensure practice compliance with pharmacy distribution standards in collaboration with designated pharmacy managers.
Minimum skills required:
Age 16 or older
Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
Preferred skills (optional):
