Lead global claims management and insights for AXIS Capital in a senior role. Drive performance metrics and empower stakeholders with actionable insights for optimal claim performance. As part of AXIS Global Claims Shared Services, the Global Head of Claims Management Information & Insights is responsible for the strategic execution of claims insights.

This senior leadership position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to define performance metrics, improve data quality, and foster continuous improvement in claims processes. You will oversee regional reporting while ensuring consistency and accuracy in claims reporting across all lines. Key Responsibilities:
Own the global Claims MI & Insights strategy and framework
Shape claims performance narratives for senior executive discussions




Ensure accuracy in claims MI across regions and businesses
Partner with Data & Analytics for enhanced reporting capabilities
Build and lead a high-performing MI & Insights team

Requirements:
Experience in Specialty markets, particularly within Lloyd’s
Deep knowledge of claims processes and systems
Proficiency with Power BI and analytics tools
Robust analytical and communication skills
Experience in hybrid work settings
