Job Overview

Duties

- Develop accurate and competitive project estimates using Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other estimating tools.
- Prepare detailed bid proposals by analyzing project plans, specifications, and contractual documents.
- Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Oversee cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure profitability and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate with construction teams on-site to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Review and manage contracts, change orders, and scope modifications in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones, budgets, and documentation.

Experience





- Extensive experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and related software tools.
- Strong background in construction management, including site supervision and project delivery.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost control, pricing strategies, and budget management for large-scale projects.
- Prior experience working on construction sites is highly desirable to understand field conditions and challenges.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, safety protocols, and project management methodologies is essential.
