Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Architect and implement scalable Microservices and distributed systems.
- Design and optimize complex SQL Server databases, including data modeling, indexing, stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure API Management.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
- Lead code reviews and establish development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive CI/CD implementation, DevOps adoption, and application modernization initiatives.
- Support production environments, troubleshoot critical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in technical planning, effort estimation, roadmap discussions, and solution reviews.

Required Qualifications

- 13 years of software development experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Expert-level experience with:
- C#
- .NET Framework & .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8
- ASP.NET MVC
- ASP.NET Core
- ASP.NET Core Web API
- Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
- SQL Server




- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with authentication and security technologies including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Solid expertise in Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior and intermediate developers.

Preferred Skills

- Angular, React, or modern front-end framework experience.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
- Messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with AI/ML integrations, Azure OpenAI, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience working within Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, or Public Sector environments.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
