Primary Responsibilities

1. Lead EI Operational technology projects for infrastructure, applications and cloud based solutions.

2. Utilization of methodologies and techniques including Agile and Waterfall.

3. Management of project documentation including but not limited to Charters, RAID, Testing, Training and Operational SOP(s) development for transition after go-live.

4. Develop and management of project schedules including milestones, task buildout and assignment. This includes assessing and addressing Resource Demand Management.

5. Management/oversight of the overall portfolio of projects including in-flight and pipeline.

6. Defining, developing and maintaining process for technical project delivery.

7. Defining, developing and maintaining templates for projects documentation.

8.



Providing training and mentoring on Project Management including methodologies, templates, documentation and schedules.

Preferred Skills:

- experience in a software development workplace leading projects.

- experience in leading multidisciplinary, cross functional and shared resources.

- experience in developing and managing project schedules. This includes Resource Demand Management. Utilization of Project Management tools are essential with the following being preferred: Smartsheet, MS Project, Asanna, Visio, Draw.io
- experience in developing project templates and training.

- experience in presentations to all level of audiences including executives.
