Drive the City of Hamilton’s Trolley and provide excellent services along the Waterfront Trail this coming summer. This seasonal role from May to September 2026 emphasizes safety and customer care.

As a Trolley Driver reporting to the Superintendent, you will operate the Trolley along designated routes, assist with passenger needs, and ensure a clean setting. Key duties involve performing necessary inspections and actively engaging with passengers to collect feedback on their experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the trolley along the assigned routes
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip trolley checks
• Provide assistance and information to passengers
• Keep the trolley clean and orderly throughout service




• Promote feedback on the waterfront's attractions and services

Requirements:
• Class 'C' driver’s license and impeccable driving record
• Previous experience as a bus driver preferred
• Robust judgment under pressure and customer service skills
• Certification in Standard First Aid with CPR Level 'C'
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
