In this permanent position, you will play an essential role in supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficiency in workforce management. Your experience will support communication with various stakeholders, enhancing community connections across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise road maintenance teams in office
Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols
Collaborate with government entities and agencies
Operate necessary equipment as necessary
Support efficient work scheduling and crew management Requirements:
Minimum three years in a management role is essential
Five years’ experience in road maintenance
Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
Must have a clean driving record
