Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Project Manager will function as a key liaison between the client and manufacturing, coordinating all campaigns and projects from client briefing through production. The role requires on-site work five days a week and may include supporting with other duties (kitting, finishing, etc.).
Responsibilities
Manage Promotional and Core in-store signage programs for small- to medium-scale projects
Drive overall sales growth and internal profitability of the account
Lead strategic projects for the account (client-facing and internal) and drive process improvements
Handle difficult customer issues and maintain long-term relationships
Ensure proper management of client creative assets and physical inventory
Develop campaigns based on briefs (distribute distribution lists using query-based tools, generate production and kitting reports, maintain inventories)
Act as liaison between the client and Production project managers
Maintain campaign database with the internal technology team (add recent query rules and make modifications)
Facilitate client briefings to review projects with internal teams and Customer Contact Centre
Produce project estimates, gather specifications, and contribute to client rate cards for new items
Create, review and distribute production documents and prioritize scheduling to meet requirements
Coordinate with Production, Kitting, Shipping, and Outside Suppliers as the daily contact for production issues
Work under the supervision of a team lead or supervisor
Manage small-dollar-value client relationships
Maintain customer store/location profiles with attribute information
Ensure invoicing for all projects, including additional billable charges
Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports for clients (inventory, ordering, invoicing, KPIs)
Prioritize workload amid changing business dynamics and multiple requests
Contribute to Continuous Improvement efforts and work as part of the team
Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Security, and Company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Post-secondary education with at least three (3) years of related experience in digital print production and account services
Knowledge of in-store marketing execution, digital print processes, and substrates
Knowledge of inventory management systems, kitting/distribution processes, and creative workflows
Strong skills in PC-based software applications, especially Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple jobs, and prioritize issues daily
