What You’ll Be Doing Make daily outbound calls to generate seller leads and new listings
Conduct property market appraisals and position listings effectively
Photograph properties and write compelling listings
Manage your pipeline, conduct client viewings, and close deals
Advise clients with transparency and confidence
Build long-term relationships and grow your personal brand
Stay informed on market trends and community developments
What We’re Looking For Background in sales , real estate , banking ,



insurance , finance , or luxury retail
Fluent in English (other languages like French, Arabic, or Russian are a plus)
Driven, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career
Professional presence and confident communicator
Willing to relocate to Dubai within 30–60 days
No previous Dubai real estate experience required – full training provided
