We are seeking an Audit and Assurance Manager , based in any of our office locations, who is passionate about working in French and serving Francophone clients.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Coordinating, planning, and overseeing assurance engagements with assurance partners and senior staff
Reviewing assurance files
Managing project financials, including budgets, WIP, and billing
Mentoring and developing assurance and audit staff
Leading professional development initiatives
Building and maintaining client relationships
Identifying new sales opportunities
Improving practice efficiencies
Performing related accounting functions
Qualifications:
CPA designation with 3-5 years of public practice experience
Experience with diverse clientele
Strong technical accounting and assurance skills
Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Project management skills with multitasking ability
Bilingual in French and English is required
