Health is hiring a Relief Full time Registered Nurse to support our Ambulatory Care team until around November 2027. This role involves making nursing diagnoses, collaborating on care plans, and assisting with a variety of therapeutic interventions. You will have the prospect to teach patients and their families while working within a supportive interprofessional care team. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients for significant condition changes
Support physicians during medical procedures




Develop and modify patient care plans in collaboration with families
Teach health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
Record patient data and care interventions accurately Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized nursing school
Active registration with BCCNM
Two years of recent clinical experience in nursing
Skills in patient assessment and intravenous therapy
