Ensure safety as a Security Guard/Hall Monitor in Kahnawà:ke’s schools. This role focuses on fostering a secure, positive educational atmosphere through student interaction and proactive monitoring.
As a vital member of the Kahnawà:ke Education Center, you will oversee the safety of students, staff, and visitors while helping maintain a conducive learning environment. Engage with students, enforce school policies, and intervene in conflicts to promote a vigilant and protected school culture. Prior experience in security and youth interaction will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor student behavior in hallways and common areas
• Patrol school grounds to ensure safety




• Enforce school access protocols for visitors
• Assist with emergency drills and first aid
• Build relationships with students and staff daily
Requirements:
• Security Guard training and school experience preferred
• Minimum of 1-year related experience required
• CPR and First Aid certification is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
