We’re seeking a passionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive rehab workplace in Carmichael, California . This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and wants to help patients regain independence through meaningful therapy.

Requirements

Active California COTA license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current BLS certification
Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Assist with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team
Support patients in improving daily function and quality of life
