What You’ll Do Develop Encore’s demand generation strategy and lead the integrated programs that bring it to life
Own the funnel from awareness and lead generation through nurture and conversion
Research, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, email, webinars, and events to drive qualified pipeline
Define targeting and segmentation across finance, insurance, and other key verticals
Partner with Brand and Communications to bring thought leadership and creative storytelling into every campaign
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build the infrastructure, automation, scoring models, and reporting that scale demand generation
Align with Commercial and Product leadership to ensure every initiative drives measurable pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact
Leverage AI, analytics,



and marketing automation to personalize engagement and optimize performance
Own the metrics that matter: lead volume, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and pipeline contribution
Who You Are A strategic, hands-on demand generation marketer who turns ideas into measurable impact
Experienced in B2B lead generation, campaign orchestration, and funnel optimization across digital channels
Skilled in ABM, paid media, webinars, and email nurture programs
Comfortable diving deep into complex industries like finance and insurance to uncover new opportunities
Data-driven, curious, and experimental. You test, learn, and scale what works
Collaborative by nature. You build trust across Brand, Ops, Product, and Sales
Fluent in CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools
