Resident Relations Manager - Thorwin Properties
Thorwin Properties is one of Winnipeg’s leading property management companies committed to providing clean, safe, and welcoming communities across Winnipeg. We are seeking a dependable, community focused Resident Relations Manager to support operations across a portfolio of 300–500 units. This is a non‑live‑in position, and a reliable vehicle is required for daily travel between properties. This a permanent full-time position.

Who You Are
You’re organized, approachable, and take pride in delivering excellent service. You enjoy a role that blends resident support, administrative work, and hands‑on building oversight. You’re comfortable managing multiple sites and maintaining strong relationships with residents,



contractors, and the Thorwin team.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents across your assigned buildings

Support leasing activities, including showing suites and assisting prospective tenants

Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Thorwin standards

Coordinate maintenance and repairs with Thorwin’s service team and external contractors

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and administrative recordsUphold building policies and foster a respectful, community‑oriented environment

Respond to urgent issues or after‑hours needs as required

Travel between multiple properties daily (vehicle required)

What You Bring

Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or building operations is an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage time effectively while overseeing multiple buildings

Basic maintenance or cleaning knowledge is helpful

Comfortable using email, digital tools, and property management systems

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required
