Construction Survey Crew Chief – Metro Vancouver, BC

who, ideally, has experience in the Construction Survey sector and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward‑thinking company.

The Work:

Survey construction layouts, foundations, pipelines, settlement monitoring, grading on various construction sites throughout Lower Mainland and surrounding areas

Survey legal property boundaries and topographic surveys





Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions

Follow safety protocol

Provide guidance and mentorship to survey assistants

Prepare clear, concise and accurate field notes, records and calculations

What you bring to the table:

Robust focus on relationships, both internal and external to Connexa

Desire for excellence in all that you do

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to liaise with clients

Creativity

A degree/diploma from a technical college in Geomatics

Experience leading a construction survey crew

Experience performing precise layout and control surveys

Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites

Experience working with Trimble RTK GPS and Robotic Total Stations
