You will also work closely with a variety of clients to enhance their daily living skills, ensuring comprehensive support and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach clients in personal care and life skills
• Facilitate group meetings for collective engagement
• Maintain strong links to medical and community services




• Conduct health checks and safety protocols regularly
• Manage records and participate in program evaluation

Requirements:
• Two years' experience with underserved populations
• Degree or diploma in human services field
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Solid problem-solving and crisis management skills
• Must exhibit flexibility in work hours
