Responsibilities

- Efficiently load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting packages, and recording transactions in AS400 or similar systems
- Operate order pickers and other equipment to fulfill e-commerce orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring proper packaging standards for safe transportation
- Conduct routine inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies,



and update stock levels within warehouse distribution systems
- Assist in maintaining a clean, protected, and efficient warehouse environment by following safety procedures and best practices

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related fields with a focus on order fulfillment
- Skilled in operating forklifts (including reach trucks) and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, MRP systems, and warehouse distribution processes
- Strong understanding of order picking, packing techniques, load & unload procedures, and inventory control
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is highly desirable
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
