Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and energetic Store Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will lead daily store operations, motivate staff, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain merchandising standards, and foster a positive team environment. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead, supervise, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory levels through purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales potential




- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and oversee cash handling procedures
- Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing workforce
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and store presentation

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in customer service excellence, and phone etiquette
- Proficient with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and time management practices
- Experience with marketing initiatives and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
