Advance your engineering expertise as an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Intern with Cadence, focusing on design simulations and subsystem investigations.
In this co-op role, you will tackle circuit design challenges related to analog front-end systems, clock distribution, and other elements in mixed-signal ICs. Robust analytical and team-oriented skills are vital, as well as the ability to communicate findings clearly. Your work will include documenting experiments and sharing insights at internal design reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Explore analog design techniques in real projects
• Investigate subsystems such as RX EQ and phase interpolators
• Document and analyze circuit simulations
• Present your work during design reviews
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers
Requirements:
• Must be Canadian Citizen or permanent resident
• Enrolled in an EE Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analog skills
• Familiarity with scripting languages is a plus
• Communication and teamwork skills are essential
