You will work closely with the Field Operations Manager to perform hands-on tasks related to the Xplore network.

Your expertise will include IP networking, fixed wireless, and Fibre optic networks, ensuring robust broadband support for rural areas. Adaptability and solid problem-solving abilities are essential as you undertake various projects across the network. Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and maintain Xplore’s network infrastructure
Execute repairs and support for network construction
Collaborate with internal teams effectively
Troubleshoot RF, Fiber, and power connection issues
