Assist customers by evaluating their needs and making product recommendations
Maintain knowledge of firearms and outdoor lifestyle trends
Promote Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s programs and services




Ensure high visual presentation standards throughout the sales floor
Address and resolve customer issues using positive judgment Requirements:
One year of sales or service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License
Ability to provide superior customer service
