CheckMate.ID Corp. seeks two accountants to support its financial operations. One full-time and one part-time role are available, both based on-site. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and generate essential financial reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting functions including AP and AR
• Prepare daily cash flow summaries and monthly financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with technology team on QuickBooks integrations
• Optimize financial processes through data tools
Requirements:
• CPA designation or active candidate is preferred
• 5+ years full time or 3+ years part-time in accounting
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets
